" Great Soup " I love the soup here. I come here on days that it's rainy out . The service is good. The vibe is welcoming . Live close so will be returning. No worries on parking they have a big parking lot .

Great customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I had a sample of the Syrian Cochran soup and African peanut chicken soup. They both were good but the peanut soup had a flavor like nothing I have ever tasted. Spicy and cream. Perfect for a cold day. I can not wait to work my way down the menu. And they also have the most beautiful display of cookies.

Love everything about the chicken noddle soup !!! Miss them being in Boston but whenever I am near I always make it a point to stop here no matter what season it is lol I have tried the cheddar broccoli soup as well and it's equally delicious. The rotisserie place (which they own) next door is also good eats as well !!! Great customer service from both places

Everything at New England Soup Factory is wonderful! We always get a couple of kinds of soup and the rotisserie chicken dinners. We have been going about once a month for years and have never been disappointed with anything. Also, the owners and staff are really nice and we have gotten reliable and friendly advice concerning a food allergy.

My boyfriend got the chicken noodle soup and the lobster bisque to go for us to share. I may be biased because I am a soup lover but these two soups blew my mind. The lobster bisque wasn't super pricy but there was still a strong taste of lobster in it. The chicken noodle soup was also delicious and filled me up a lot. I've never had any soup like these two and would definitely come back again.

We stumbled on NE Soup Factory and it was a great find! There doesn't seem to be any seating - so we ended up eating in our car in the parking lot and we weren't the only ones. It's just that good. We ordered 4 pints (16oz) of clam & corn chowder. Generous, rich, flavorful chowder paired with a fresh roll is heavenly pair. Honestly, the square rolls of fresh bread were a stand alone and we'd go back just for them and they're complimentary with the soup! Prices for their soups are reasonable. While not a criticism, I did find myself wishing they would consider a chowder version without the corn. When we looked them up on the internet we found NE Soup Factory was created in 1995, by husband and wife team Marjorie Druker and Paul Brophy. The containers have an endearing story/dedication from Marjorie on how growing up she and her sisters had soup parties instead of tea parties.

I have never had a bad soup, sandwich, dessert or service from NESF. Since I left the area, I don't go as often as I used to, but I have driven the hour+ a few times. I cannot find a place locally that sells soup as amazing as NESF. Consistently fantastic food and service!

,I've been low-key itching to try Soup Factory for the longest time, and guess what? Fate totally aligned and I found myself in newton. My taste buds were in for a real treat with their clam and corn chowder--it was legit bursting with flavor! Soup Factory is pretty cozy, but don't expect a full-on sit-down vibe. It's all about grabbing your food to go, which honestly ain't a bad deal 'cause you can enjoy it wherever you please. In regard to the staff, they were super chill and friendly. I'm already counting down the days till I can swing by Soup Factory again.

This is a great local place, very busy. The line seems intimidating but moves very quickly. I ordered the corn and clam chowder along with half a rotisserie chicken. The rotisserie chicken was okay but I really enjoyed the soup. Be aware that there are two sides for the store with two different cash registers, one only for soups and sandwiches and the other only for rotisserie chicken. They have no seating, only take out and plenty of parking.
